We’re curating and delivering a series of pop-ups, residencies and experiential retail at Borough Yards.

Set within the restored railway arches between Borough Market and the South Bank, we’ve launched a dedicated cluster of units designed specifically for flexible, short-term retail.

Our first residencies were fully programmed within a month. Since launch, we’ve seen queues down the street, sold out events, run clubs, makers markets and a rotating mix of brands including Run Limited, The Roost and Araw.

For brands, it’s an opportunity to test concepts, launch products and create standout moments in one of London’s most high-profile destinations.

For Borough Yards, it’s a faster, more flexible route to activating space, introducing new brands and building momentum across the estate.
